Griffin Pro is a 200/100MHz tester designed for direct docking Production Test. Operable in true multi-site (tester per board), it is available with a standard or compact manipulator, or mobile lab cart. The system offers internal mixed signal resources, reconfigurable on a per-board basis. It also supports the HiLevel Fast Clock Board, supplying up to 8 clock pins (4 independant and 4 compliment) for clock speeds up to 400MHz . Griffin Pro is available with the J750 compatible pogo tower, or a custom docking interface to support your own requirement.
