In order to determine the best-suited system for your application, we send you a short questionnaire that will allow us to thoroughly understand your needs. We will contact you within the next 24 hours.
After reviewing the completed questionnaire, we establish contact by email, phone or online. During a short conversation, we look for the best solution, also presenting further possibilities for system development.
Based on the accumulated knowledge, we create an offer. After its acceptance, we proceed to the implementation phase of the system.
At this stage, we send a production order for the new system. Production time depends on the number of testers ordered. All devices are checked for correctness and accuracy of their operation. Each HILEVEL device has its own identification number.
At this stage, the implementation of the new system is already taking place. We provide one year of technical support for each newly purchased tester, covering all electronic components, software and labor.
Each HILEVEL customer receives free access to training, technical documentation and software updates.
